The official deployment Farewell Ceremony will be on Sunday April 11th, 2pm at the Boone, Iowa DMACC building. Please
join us in seeing our Iowa soldiers off on their next mission.
I believe the April 15th Tax Day Tea Party (Click HERE for pictures) is bound to become an annual event, almost a holiday tradition
not endorsed by those in power, but chosen by We The People to be a day we gather to express our patriotism. The 912 Project
Des Moines will be joining other groups in the Des Moines area to be host a 2nd annual Tea Party at the State Capitol from
noon to 3pm. Please join us again to let our representatives know we're still watching, we're not going away, and we're going
to take our country back.

be speaking to our group.

On Thursday, May 6th, Bob Vander Plaats, Republican candidate for Governor will be speaking to our group. He's reportedly on
a tight schedule, so we're asking everyone to please arrive at 6pm instead of our usual 6:30 time.
